Senior Research Paper Requirements:
First 4 pages Rough Draft due Tues April 24th
Rough Draft due Tues. May 8th
Final Draft due Tues May 15th
Cover page (w/ title, name, date, teacher, class)
8 pages typed (9th page is a Bibliography)
Also: last name with page # in upper right corner of each page
5 sources minimum (one must be a book, one must be from a Scholarly Journal, doaj.org questia.org jurn.org)
No encyclopedias (Wikipedia, Encyclopedia Britannica, World Book)
(but can look at sources/references at bottom of Wikipedia page)

Last 4 pages is about potential solutions to the problem. Your thesis will be what you think are the best potential solutions to the problems and why (also can have counterarguments for solutions that you think won’t work)
You can talk about what people are already doing to try to solve the problem: laws, NGOs, charities, education, economic growth, etc. and if you agree with these & why.
In text citations: Use MLA style
